Swan Pools & Spas has been owned and operated in the Mohawk Valley for over 50 years. With one man’s strong business sense and unique craftmenship, Swan Pools was born. At the time Mr. (Captain) Jack Stephenson owned and operated “Jack Signed It” a commercial sign company. Much like the swimming pool business this was also seasonal, that aloud him time in the winter to research the methods of swimming pool construction and the pool industry itself. The very next Summer the areas first Gunite Pool was built.
With the help of my father, Jeff, and the rest of the crew Swan Pools remained the largest and only Gunite Swimming Pool Builder in the area for over 12 years. Swan Pools & Spas has grown to two locations – 132 East Main St. Ilion, NY and 3989 Oneida St. New Hartford, NY. With a second location we are able to better serve Oneida, Herkimer and the surrounding counties. This is important to insure convenience to our ever growing customer base and to provide them with all their Swimming Pool and Spa needs.
Third generation Todd Stephenson and his wife Dana continue the Swan Pool legacy today. The stores offer a full line of Clear View chemicals, Pool and Spa parts and accessories.
